By accessing, browsing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
UntatMe operates as an online directory and information platform that connects consumers with tattoo removal service providers, including but not limited to medical professionals, dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, and specialized clinics (collectively, "Providers"). Our Service aggregates, organizes, and displays business information, reviews, ratings, contact details, and other relevant data to assist users in locating and evaluating tattoo removal services.
We are not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or treatment facility. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatments, or professional medical services. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. The information provided through our Service is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.
3. User Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNTATME, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UntatMe and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party rights; or (iv) any content you submit to the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
